ABOUT THE ROLE: Dealing directly with clients on a day-to-day basis and building a good working relationshipAssist the AP and AR functionsProcessing PO's, sales orders and supplier invoices and uploading to the accounting systemPreparing bank reconciliations and analysing cash transactions for the preparation of daily cash reportsMaintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable listings on an ongoing basisLiaising with clients and colleagues for the preparation of financial data and reports and coordinating transactionsAssisting in the preparation and submission of tax and VAT returnsPreparation of accounts to trial balance stageMonth-end reconciliation of the cash booksMonth-end balance sheet reconciliationsStock and costings review and analysisMaintenance of statistical returnsWorking closely with third-party auditors for the completion of our audit processABOUT THE PERSON: Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/IATIAt least 2-3 years of relevant experienceWorks well both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong attention to detail
