Job Description On behalf of a boutique property firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant.
Working with a close-knit team, the Accounts Assistant will have a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to; Monthly journal posting including accruals and prepayments.
Management and control of a large volume of bank accounts.
Bank reconciliation and resolution of queries.
Assisting with the preparation of the quarterly board and client reports.
Assisting with the preparation of the year-end financial statements.
Process all accounts payable invoices in a timely manner.
Requirements Part Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Proficiency and experience in processing transactions as part of integrated accounting systems.
Key experience in dealing with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
Strong team player, builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility.

Requirements Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
ACA/ ACCA/CIMA/ CPA qualification with c. 5 years' post qualified experience.
Previous real estate/ property mgmt.
industry experience preferred.
Candidates with extensive property industry experience, but lacking full ACA/ ACCA qualification, will also be considered.
Proficient in the use of accounting software (Yardi experience highly advantageous).
Prior experience to a system implementation, highly advantageous.
Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisation, good judgement, showing logical decision-making and have a hands-on approach.
