Primary Job Function of Assistant Accountant

To assist with the Admin and Accounts work of the Finance department.


Duties included in this role as Assistant Accountant Handling Customer & Vendor setup formsIntrastat & VIES returnsBank reconciliationsFixed asset register & depreciationWeekly invoice/credit note runIssuing statements and aged debt reportMonthly sales reps reportAssisting in the preparation and submission of VAT returnsAssistance with the annual audits and ISOThe ideal candidate: Min 5+ years' experience in a similar role as an assistant accountant.Coming from an SME Environment.Part qualified and or studying towards accountancy exams.Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.To apply for this role please contact Maria Sheehy or email directly at ******
