Assistant Bar Manager

Hotel Doolin is recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager to work work closely with our Bar Manger providing a friendly, efficient and skilled service within our food and beverage outlets including Fitz's Pub, The Attic Live Music Venue, Wedding and Events Barn and Stonewall Pizzeria.
The position will include the develop the products and service in the bar and bar food, assisting with ordering of beverages for all outlets, training staff on both the bar and floor of Fitz's Pub.
You will work as part of a team dispensing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails.
Barista skills would also be sought as all outlets serve coffees and teas.
The desired person would also require waiting skills ensuring food orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
You will be courteous to all customers and you will ensure that the bar is adequately stocked and the till is balanced at all times.
Previous management of a busy food and beverage outlet will be required.
Great attitude is a must.
