Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our team and work across our Flavour Concentrates and Kids portfolio. In this role, you will have the fantastic opportunity to support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for our iconic and market-leading brands, including MiWadi, Robinsons, and Fruit Shoot.
RequirementsSupport the Marketing Manager in developing and optimizing through-the-line (TTL) marketing campaigns across the Flavour Concentrates and Kids portfolio.Monitor and analyze campaign results and effectiveness against agreed objectives.Oversee and deliver key projects to enable Annual Operating Plan (AOP) delivery, such as product launches, social strategy, and consumer communications.Coordinate activity for key brand sponsorships and support trade/PR press, influencer, and sampling activities.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, shopper activation, finance, category & insight, and technical teams to deliver effective marketing plans.Build strong collaborative relationships with key external stakeholders and agencies.Support specific NPD Projects by preparing business cases and managing them through the stage and gate process, from launch to post-launch review.Assist in budget management by raising purchase orders and tracking spend.Support the social calendar of activity to increase engagement, reach, and awareness.Monitor and analyze market, brand, and competitor performance/activity, and proactively propose recommendations based on findings.Experience2+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.Strong understanding of the full marketing mix.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Understanding of data sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, and IRI.SkillsPersonable and energetic with a passion for the brands.A strong desire to learn and contribute new ways of thinking.A 'can-do' enthusiastic attitude.The ability to work confidently with multiple cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.A team player with a creative and results-oriented mindset.Full Clean Drivers Licence.EducationBachelor's Degree/Master's in Marketing or a related discipline is required.
