Assistant Brand Manager Are you a motivated marketing professional looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to join a dynamic team in Dublin.
This position is a maternity cover role, providing an opportunity to manage key marketing initiatives and ensure the continuity of brand operations during this transitional period.
Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with the Category Manager and other team members to implement marketing plans for the product lines.
- Manage presentations to retailers and support the New Product Development (NPD) process.
- Drive marketing initiatives with flexibility in design and coordination with design agencies for digital and social content.
- Monitor and manage marketing activities, ensuring they align with brand strategies and seasonal campaigns, especially for the upcoming Christmas marketing plans.
- Conduct occasional store visits and agency meetings to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Utilise standard Excel skills for reporting and analysis; experience with CANVA for presentations is a plus.
Key requirements Third level education business/commercial degree qualification with strong level of competency in Marketing Minimum 3 years commercial marketing experience, ideally in a relevant FMCG company Social media management experience Understanding of consumer insight Good standard on Excel/PowerPoint Profile - A proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with retailers and design agencies.
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
**Working Arrangements:** - This role offers a hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
- Core working hours are 37.5 hours per week, You do need to be able to commute to the Dublin office and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) ?
Hybrid working a minimum of 2 days a week are office based ?
