Assistant Breakfast Supervisor

We are located just outside the village of Dunlavin about 10km from Jct 3 on the M9.
So if you are tired of the long commute Rathsallagh is an ideal choice.
The business here is 90% event driven It's a 3 to 4-day week from February to May then 5 to 6 days from May to the end of September etc.
Working days are predominantly Thursdays to Sundays inclusive.
With the team here weekends off are easily arranged.
Hours are typically 7 am / 9 am to 3 pm / 5 pm.
The busiest days of the week are Thursday Friday and Saturday.
We are closed for Christmas from 22nd to 27th December and mid-week in January.
This position would suit a candidate who wants to work in a stress-free environment, with regular hours and foreknowledge of catering requirements such that rosters can be planned months in advance.
You must be legally entitled to work in Ireland / the EU to apply for this position.
