In this role you will: Assist the Cost Manager and Senior Cost Manager in drafting proposals for upcoming projects and various submission activities.Actively partner with clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time and should be able to take the responsibility of multiple packages in the projects.Create estimates and cost plans for CSA Packages for key client developments.Support the team with estimation and reviewing the CSA scope of work.Express high proficiency in Cost X & databooks.Proficient in client interactions and focusing on client relationship building.Express proficiency in CSA packages.Express basic knowledge of Indian and basic knowledge of procurement of global projects.Handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones.Contribute to developing good client relationships that support the business.Ability to have innovation and solution-oriented approaches.Actively prepare Quantification Take Offs for Cost Plans / BoQs.Express proficiency in Standard Modes of Measurements.Actively participate in implementing the QA/QC plan.Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership.We would love to hear from you if you: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in cost management works, ideally from a consultancy background, preferably on data centre projects and life sciences projects.Have a minimum of 2 years in the field of Quantification Take Offs.Have a minimum of 1 year of past work experience required on Cost X (or Planswift / Cubicost / Candy / ZW CAD).Are chartered or are on the path to complete it.
