full-time Permanent Key Responsibilities Ensure the maintenance of patient safety at all times.
Maintenance of effective throughput of patients within the service.
Ensuring that workloads are arranged in a manner that maximises the use of resources.
Analysing, monitoring and forecasting trends relevant to the service Direct and active participation in service planning, implementation and evaluation in overall resource management of the service, including continuous quality audit and performance measurements Ensuring the application of best practice including the generation of action plans to continuously improve the provision of services.
Requirements Listed in the General Division of the NMBI's live nursing registry A track record of success in senior nursing management finished a management course and/or additional post-registration courses that were pertinent.
Expertise in putting service development and improvement into practice.
Outstanding leadership abilities combined with the capacity for initiative and problem-solving.
The capacity to handle challenging clinical, operational, and interpersonal circumstances.
Gain experience in staff management and the efficient use of bed capacity.
Have a thorough understanding of the concepts and procedures of nurse management.
Exhibit specialized understanding of Ireland's Quality Framework Health Services and possess familiarity with accreditation procedures.

Computer literacy is required.
