We are Hiring an Assistant Director Of Nursing for a leading hospital in Wicklow, Ireland.
     Responsibilities To be a highly competent, knowledgeable practitioner in the care of the elderly.
To participate in the Management Team actively.
Maintain a high standard of professional and ethical conduct.
To manage the development of the overall service plan and review the service against the plans.
To assist with the direction and supervision of the nursing service to provide a high level of resident care and management.
To provide innovative and effective leadership, support, and advice to nursing and allied staff at all levels.
To guide all staff in the implementation of Centre policies Ensure nursing staff adheres to standards and guidelines relating to professional nursing practice and behavior The involvement in discussions on the provision of services, e.g.
catering, cleaning, and laundry services.
To undertake other relevant duties as may be determined from time to time by the Director of Nursing Requirements In the last six years, a qualified nurse with at least three years of management experience has provided care for elderly patients A post-registration management degree in medicine or a similar field Demonstrated success in clinical management in healthcare Superb organizational, communication, and leadership abilities Ability to make sound decisions and results-driven Capacity to collaborate effectively and foster a team atmosphere A readiness to adjust and be adaptable to the demands of the business Benefits Competitive Hourly Rates.
