Assistant Financial Controller Meath, Meath

Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts for Group companies.
Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, cash flows in conjunction with senior management.
Assist in preparation of Annual Audit File for auditors.
Co-ordinate and manage Month End processes and running of monthly output billing files and customer statements.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Maintain fixed asset register.
Responsible for Motor Fleet and ensuring all vehicles in Tax & current Doe.
Oversee monthly Contract payments and accounts payable run monthly.
Provide cover for Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Manage stocks, review of moving items and reconciliation of all incoming stocks.
Preparation of Quarterly Sales stats reporting pack.
Assist with preparation of Board packs and presentations.
Prepare any ad hoc reports which management may require.
Work closely with FC & COO.
The PersonRequirements:
Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
Strong analytical skills.
Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Team Player.
Proven ability to adapt/learn new tasks and systems quickly.
Works well to tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the Agri-sector an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5 days a week – standard working hours 8.30am to 4.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
The Package21 Days annual leave.
Pension scheme after 6 months.
Salary - €55k to €60k.
