We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Leisure Club Manager to join our team.
The Role: The successful candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, and trustworthy.
You will demonstrate excellent communicational skills as well as the initiative required to multi-task in this busy environment.
Reporting to the Leisure Centre Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the member and guest experiences in our leisure facilities.
Duties include: Enforcing our Centre policies and procedures.
Fitness Assessments and results driven programme design for our members Monitor members progress and update programmes as needed.
Pool Supervision.
Manage the team, including rostering of shifts.
Ensuring correct Pool Plant Management to include the maintaining of correct chemical levels in the pool and jacuzzi to ensure user safety.
To ensure the health and safety of all members, guests and staff.
To participate in the National Quality Standard Award Audit process and help maintain our Outstanding Award in 2025.
To participate in internal Health and Safety Audits.
Ensure all staff adhere to the daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Requirements: Previous Leisure Centre experience at Supervisory level essential.
REPS Ireland membership.
Swim Teacher or Personal Training Qualification.
Pool Lifeguard qualification.
Pool Plant Experience.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
A desire to advance your career.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility to work both days and weekends.
