A Trinny London Artist is the true heart of where everything happens. You'll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award-winning skincare. You'll do this by combining your next-level artistry skills with impressive product knowledge and a passion for people. You believe in the product being accessible to everyone, and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of who you're talking to.
The Role Your daily to-dos might look like this:
Conduct all types of services such as pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring that you deliver the Trinny London Match2Me experience to all. Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer. Embody Trinny London's brand and style and pride yourself on knowing that your customers are returning back to you. Ensure that you, your team, and counter are meeting business objectives, targets, and KPIs, and addressing any underperformance, seeking support from the Training Team or your Business Development Manager where deemed necessary. Support the Business Manager with the daily, monthly, and quarterly running of the counter, creating and maintaining an atmosphere geared to achieving sales. Use our HR system for reporting and employee file management. Assist with 121s and reviews, championing your team's ambitions to progress. Motivate your team to continually strive to improve their artistry and product knowledge, utilizing education and training team and resources. Assist the business manager with event planning and stock management. The essential skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:
Experience leading a team (minimum of 5 people), ideally within the luxury sector. Passionate for makeup and skincare. Proven experience leading a team to success within the retail industry. Adaptable and confident in an ever-changing environment. Positive and can-do attitude. Strong communication and mathematical skills. Comfortable working towards and exceeding KPIs.
