Excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst looking to step up their career to a Business Partner role within a multinational company.
You will use strong analysis skills and build relationships with internal stakeholders, to develop a deep understanding of the portfolio of work, to identify future financial risk/opportunity and partner with Operations & Finance colleagues to drive revenue growth and margin expansion actions.
The Assistant Manager, Finance Business Partner duties include:
* Responsible for the financial management of multiple portfolios of work within the IPH portfolio
* Supervise the finance business partnering activities managed in Chennai. Provide direction on work required and maintain strong communication and collaboration with the team.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs, providing insightful and action orientated commentary
* Provide financial support and KPI analysis for all business planning initiatives.
* Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and budget reconciliations
* Identification of key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio
* Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations

Experience, skills & knowledge requirements for this role are:
* Solid academic record and strong quantitative skills (Qualified Financial Professional ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* 2+ years prior relevant experience in financial analysis or financial planning and analysis
* Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities
* Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate with peers, managers and Business Lead executives.
* Eagerness to learn and develop as an ICON employee and member of the Clinical Research Industry.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
