Key Responsibilities Team Management: Organise, train, and lead the floor team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Foster a positive and productive work environment in a fast-paced setting.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth interaction between the floor and kitchen teams.
Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Communication: Take clear direction from the Owner and implement it effectively.
Act as a liaison between the floor staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
Performance Monitoring: Oversee daily operations to meet and exceed turnover targets (minimum £50k per week).
Manage staff schedules and workflow to optimise efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum of two years in a management role within the food service industry.
Proven track record of holding a position for over two years.
Previous experience in the Irish food service industry is essential.
