Assistant Manager

Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of restaurant staff to ensure a high level of service Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction Requirements and Skills Proven experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology Understanding of health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed Commitment to upholding brand standards and contributing to the success of the restaurant
