We currently employ over 500 people across our Head Office and retail stores with 40 branches nationwide.
Our central warehouse, buying offices, dispatch centre and e-commerce operations are all conducted from our home on the Lodge Road, Westport, Co. Mayo.
With buying offices also located in Ennis, and Dublin.
Carraig Donn is continuing to grow year on year, with an exciting 10-year expansion plan.  The Role:   This is  a 40 hour, fixed term Assistant Manager contract in Nutgrove S/C, Co. Dublin.
Must be fully flexible as will be required to work weekdays including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPI's and deliver outstanding customer service.
Support Store Manager with organising and managing weekly team rotas to ensure adequate coverage within budgeted hours.
Drive operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the department meets company standards.
Will adhere to Company policies and procedures and support the Store Manager in delivery of same.
Actioning merchandising campaigns, promotional activities, delivery schedules and various back-office duties within required timeframes using a pro-active approach.
Will be a team player but also display strong leadership skills, coaching and developing the team to meet the objectives and ensure they embody Carraig Donn's core values.
