Package Competitive Salary doe Bonus Pension Hybrid working Sick Pay Employee Discount Responsibilities of this Assistant Merchandiser job include: Support buying, admin, retail, and e-commerce teams by accurately forecasting sales, stock, and profit, and planning SKUs by channel each season.
Manage Weekly Sales Stock Intake (WSSI), ensuring availability and optimal stock levels, while addressing gaps between forecasts and actuals.
Assist in budget planning, stock flow optimisation, and improving stock turn efficiency.
Develop strategies based on range analytics, with a focus on top sellers.
Lead in-season trading to maximise omni-channel customer outcomes and manage group risk.
Monitor supplier intake and provide data to manage in-season stock commitments based on sales trends.
Requirements for this Assistant Merchandiser job include: Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Experience in forecasting, planning, WSSI management, and monitoring store tiering and replenishment models.
Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills.
Creative problem-solver with the ability to identify and resolve challenges.
