Due to continued company growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Production Manager to join the team and help lead production operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.You will support the Production Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the food manufacturing process.
This involves ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.Experience Required 3+ years' experience within manufacturing (food background is not essential, full training on this will be provided) 2+ years' experience at Supervisory/Management levelExperience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Working hours will primarily be Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm but flexibility is required regarding working hours during busy periods etc.
Salary in return will be competitive depending on experience (more information at application stage).
