  Role: As an Assistant Production Planner, you will be responsible for assisting in the various critical functions within our Production & Distribution operations.
You will provide support in the following areas: Managing file release from our Design Team Processing production drawings for manufacture Coordinating delivery schedules with manufacture Managing and updating internal systems on numerous ongoing projects Importing data to ERP manufacturing systems based on delivery requirements Dealing with enquiries from Design Team, Production Team, Site Team and External Suppliers Generating reports and distributing information to relevant parties Downloading and filing postproduction quality reports Skills Required: Previous experience in a Production Planning environment High degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Project Management and Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail Strong numerical skills Excellent communication and organisation skills The ability to manage and prioritise daily workload The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Self-motivated with good problem solving skills What You Get: Kilsaran Precast is an organization that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
