About the role: The main purpose of this role will be the delivery of 5* service to Powerscourts guests in F&B Outlet.
The assistant manager's will hold responsibility for the highest levels of guest satisfaction while ensuring operational and financial target delivery.
The manager's will ensure employees are properly trained on quality and 5* service standards and are empowered to carry out all job duties.
The successful candidates will identify areas for development for their team leaders and supervisors, understanding the need for on the job coaching and feedback.
Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
The successful candidates must be able to deputise in the absence of senior management with professionalism and confidence in any requested duties.
The ideal candidate will possess: Ideally, the candidates should have 3+ years of similar experience in a similar property or environment The assistant manager will identify training needs for staff and take pride in team development and management coaching We are looking for a manager's who will deliver very high standards of knowledge and customer care A willingness for professional development in Powerscourt Hotel and with the MHL Hotel Collection.
