Attention to detail is key in this role, as you'll work with a dedicated team of office assistants to ensure our services meet our clients' high standards.
You'll be based in a brand-new, state-of-the-art campus and report directly to the Associate Manager for Office Services. Your role will include:
What You'll Do:Follow financial processes for purchase orders, invoices, and variations.Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to deliver services on time and to the highest standards.Conduct audits on janitorial services to maintain quality.Update payroll and monitor budgets.Provide outstanding customer service and monitor our service level agreements (SLAs).Deliver reports promptly and ensure they meet quality specifications.Lead a team of office assistants, implementing training plans and performance appraisals.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Get involved in business development activities for specific projects.Promote continuous improvement and innovative, sustainable practices.Be flexible and responsive to any additional requests from your line manager.What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you'll need the following essential skills and experience:
A degree or HNC in business management, administration, or a similar field.At least 5 years of experience in a customer service-driven environment, preferably as a team leader or manager.Experience in the cleaning service is essential!Ideal Skills:In addition to the essentials, the ideal candidate will possess:
The ability to delegate tasks and handle authority.Strong financial acumen and budgetary control.Excellent communication skills.Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.A keen attention to detail.Organizational skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.IT literacy, particularly with Google applications.Working Pattern:Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Some degree of flexibility is needed, and outside working hours are required if contractors are involved, which happens from time to time.
