We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Sommelier to join our Oak Room Team Working as a part of our Food and Beverage Team & directly with our fantastic Head Sommelier you will oversee one of the best wine cellars in the country.
Our current wine listings include an extensive range of over 780 labels from 20 different countries and vintages dating back to 1934.
We are looking for experienced beverage professionals as exceptional as the hotel itself.
We have created a Sommelier Team consisting of knowledgeable and passionate wine professionals who assist in creating, enhancing and maintaining a strong and vibrant culture for wine throughout the resort.
Candidates must hold a WSET/CMS Level 2 (or equivalent) and have at least 2 years' experience as Sommelier in the luxury hospitality industry.
Candidates must also have solid knowledge of French and New World wines and the ability to work under pressure.
