Assistant Store Manager Dundrum

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER My client, a large Irish owned high street staple, is looking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for their Dundrum store. You will have 2+ years of retail management experience, ideally at the assistant manager level. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Store Manager, working on a shift basis, 5 days a week including weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the achievement of the store's KPIs.Oversee, control, and monitor the store's operations.Manage store controllable costs to budget in collaboration with the Store Manager.Deliver an effective operational and sales-focused approach to store management and team development.Support the development of succession planning and team development across various areas within the store.REQUIREMENTS:
Commercially focused attitude.Experience in team management and people development.Strong time management and organizational skills.Problem-solving skills with a drive for prompt resolution.Strong numeracy and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.
