You are a brand ambassador with some key tasks: Point of sale administrationManaging the teamGrowing the turnover and improving the KPIsProviding excellent service to our customersTransmitting your knowledge and skills to the teamHaving an in-depth knowledge of our story, our offer, our silhouettes, and our collectionsSupervision of all "non-sales" activities linked to the organisation and functioning of the point of saleKeeping the brand image brightOn a daily basis your role will include: Leading by example in the use of sales skills such as the spontaneous hook, complementary and/or additional sales, customer loyalty, etc.Excellent upkeep of the point of sale and merchandisingDriving a global dynamism in order to achieve sales objectivesAdministrative and HR tasks for the point of sale and the teamOrganising the point of sale according to ba&sh' strategy and recommendationsRespecting ba&sh' sales and management processesAt ba&sh we believe in the power of a smile, having a passion for your job, and being motivated by the desire to help our customers have a great purchasing experience.
