Grow here. At AECOM we are currently recruiting for an Associate:Commercial Real Estate Project Manager to join us at our Dublin office.
Here's what you'll do: Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities; Have at least 8 years' experience of client-side project management or similar roles and have an interest in Commercial Real Estate.
Capabilities Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering initiatives and internal projects on time and within budget, along with a deep understanding of how projects are delivered. Ability to monitor the development and implementation of design guidelines to improve process management and expedite design timeframes during projects. Expertise in process optimization and creating clear, efficient road maps. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the team Competencies Project management: Proficiency in managing complex projects with tight deadlines and budgets. Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans to achieve project and team goals. Process improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions. Collaboration: Skilled at fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders, even if it requires significant time. Change management: Ability to drive and manage change within the team and organization. Flexible, open to working hours that are flexible, and can change based on Global Needs. Sector experience/workload - Commercial real estate Qualifications Ready to push the limits of what's possible? Here's what we're looking for: As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within commercial real estate markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
