The firm provides structured on-the-job training, and support for completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance.
This pathway will lead to qualification as an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation and filing of Annual Returns, ensuring that clients meet statutory obligations Filing ad hoc statutory forms with the Companies Registration Office (e.g., changes in company officers or address) Assisting in company incorporations and preparing documents related to changes in company officers and share capital Supporting the preparation of board minutes, AGM, and EGM packs Maintaining and updating the company secretarial database Managing company Minute Books and Statutory Registers Responding to queries from clients, auditors, solicitors, and internal staff on a daily basis Assisting with billing and debtor collection Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing and archiving The Ideal Candidate: Motivated to complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance to gain The Chartered Governance Institute Qualification Holds a Level 8 degree, with a background in Law or Business being advantageous Experience in a professional services environment is desirable but not essential Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail Capable of managing multiple tasks and staying organized in a fast-paced environment This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive and collaborative team.
