As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager (CSM), you will work with a team of CSMs responsible for helping guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud. You will guide the customer through the operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey. In this highly visible role, you will incorporate program management, customer cloud journey acceleration, and customer value realization to ensure AWS teams work together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSAssociate's or bachelor's degreeExperience in one or more technology domains, including but not limited to: Networking fundamentals, Databases (Relational and/or NoSQL), Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fieldsExcellent communication skills and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to both large and small audiencesExperience implementing a cloud-based technology solution in a school project or while working for a companyExperience with one or more of the following domains: Analytics, Security, Storage, DevOps, Application Development, or Machine LearningAwareness of AWS or cloud computingDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologiesExperience in program and project management fundamentalsAmazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age.
