Purpose The role of Securitized Product Sales (SPS) will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by developing and executing sales strategies for securitized products in the European market. Reporting to the Head of SPS Europe, the sales individual must show ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, while also working closely with product development, trading, and all other affiliated groups that align with the firm's overall business goals and objectives. The products will be focused on but not exclusively broadly syndicated and middle market CLOs, credit facilities, ABS products, financing, and any current or future growth initiative. This role contributes to the overall success of the Structured Credit unit within Global Capital Markets ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve growth targets.Working knowledge of transaction structures and demonstrate ability to communicate to clients.Identifying new clients and building relationships with key decision-maker clients.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.Coordinating with other sales teams across the firm to identify cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for market share expansion.Providing regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results.Participating in industry events and conferences to promote the firm's securitized product capabilities and build relationships with key industry participants.Championing a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Understanding how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.Actively pursuing effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk.Contributing to a high-performance environment and fostering an inclusive work environment; supporting the vision/values/business strategy for the team.The role has been identified as a Central Bank of Ireland prescribed Controlled Function. The incumbent is therefore required to have the relevant fitness and probity to carry out the role and responsibilities in such a manner that the incumbent can comply with the Central Bank of Ireland 2011 Fitness & Probity Standards, as applicable to the role.Being competent and capable; acting honestly, ethically and with integrity; and being financially sound.Being a role model of professionalism and integrity, and encouraging these values in others.Instilling a culture of doing the right thing.Education / Experience Bachelor's degree (master's degree a plus but not necessary).Good experience with CLO structuring/sales/syndication.Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.Proven track record of success in securitized product sales in the European markets.Client-focused mindset and deep understanding of the structured credit markets and investor base.Relationship with CLO managers and ability to attract new issue (refi/reset) mandates is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Pragmatic approach to problem solving.Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to work collaboratively and independently with internal stakeholders.Location(s): Ireland : Leinster : Dublin
