Associate Director Finance Master Data

Our client, a fast-growing global leader in oncology therapeutics, is undergoing significant transformation across its supply chain, technology, and finance functions. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Finance Master Data to join their global financial operations team. This key role will play a vital part in their SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Finance Master Data Governance, ensuring data quality, standardisation, and compliance across global locations.Govern system changes related to master data, ensuring consistency across ERP platforms.Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to manage system governance, data integration, and process improvements.Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of SAP S/4HANA system releases.Manage multiple stakeholders, including IT, finance, procurement, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment across functions.Drive change management, enhancing system processes and ensuring user adoption.Act as the technical expert in financial data processes, with a strong understanding of finance and ERP systems.Experience Required: 10-15 years' experience in Master Data Management within financial operations.Proven expertise in SAP S/4 and financial master data governance, with experience working across multiple global locations.Strong technical knowledge of finance systems and processes, with the ability to lead governance and data integration efforts.The Next Step for you: Should this position be of interest to you please forward your CV to Sarah Mac Mullan from Next Generation Recruitment or alternatively call on the main line on 00 353 1 6498546.
