My Client, a reputable Multinational in Cork, is looking to recruit an Associate Director for the Financial planning team. This position reports directly to the Associate Vice President in Finance and is a key member of the Finance Leadership team. Role of this positionBecome a key member of the Financial Planning team, offering leadership and direction.Report monthly to Corporate colleagues with accurate financial results.Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure an efficient and timely month end process.Deliver Monthly, Quarterly and Annual ad-hoc Financial Forecasts.Responsible for costing, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.Support internal and external audits.Drive Process improvements across the site.JOB REQUIREMENTSProfessional Accounting Qualification - ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA.Experience with an ERP system.Excellent communicator and the ability to inspire those on your team.Consistently meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.
