Are you our next Associate Director to join our People & Change Advisory Team?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Associate Director
Contract type: Permanent
A snapshot of your peer group:8+ years' experience leading and delivering consulting projects, ideally with a people and change focus.Experience across a number of people advisory related areas, e.g. change management, workforce planning, organisation design and HR/People strategy.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:Become part of the leadership team in KPMG's growing People & Change teamLead on the delivery of major consulting engagements.Make strategic decisions and work alongside senior leadership teams.Your team:You will be joining a dynamic team of 38 people from 10 different nationalities speaking more than 15 languages with one thing in common - a passion for people. The team delivers on four key service offerings namely change management, organizational design, talent management and leadership, culture, and diversity.
