You'll be responsible for: Supporting the client in overseeing stakeholder management and communications throughout the lifecycle of the programme/project.
Undertake a review of current stakeholder management strategy (including processes, procedures, controls, systems and reporting) and communications strategy to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Update and development of the stakeholder management strategy to ensure efficient and coordinated management of stakeholders.
Update and development of the communications strategy designed to ensure efficient, coordinated and transparent communications.
Assist in developing the stakeholder management and communications requirements for the contractor(s) during the procurement process, and support in the evaluation of the submissions received.
Report to programme/project team and senior governance levels on progress against the stakeholder management strategy.
You'll need to have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extremely collaborative, with ability to build excellent working relationships and have a very high political sensitivity; Proven experience in leading the stakeholder and communications management of an infrastructure programme / project.
A degree in public relations, business or equivalent and you have previous experience in a similar role on infrastructure programmes and projects.
