An exciting opportunity in a dynamic role as an Onboarding Associate to support the Onboarding team in Carne Group – the premier provider of Fund-Management solutions to asset managers across the world. Working within the Carne Select area of the Carne onboarding team, the applicant will work with internal fund product experts within Carne to help clients improve the performance of their own in-house management companies and give asset managers tactical opportunities to increase efficiency. This role will offer the successful candidate exposure to the overall mechanics of the fund management companies and a wide-ranging toolkit offered by Carne.
What is your role and your responsibilities?Coordinate the setup of Carne Select Services with the relevant internal teams.Work with the client to ensure all service requirements are met.Ability to work through the internal governance and approval process ahead of go live.Resolve any issues identified in a timely manner.Support the preparation and delivery of required services within prescribed deadlines.Establish and maintain excellent client and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure clear lines of communication.Work closely with internal Carne Product Teams in Luxembourg and Ireland to ensure the delivery of the services to the clients.Adapt to new tasks and processes ensuring that they are implemented and continuously performed to the required standards.Foster a positive team ethic and support the development and training when required.Provide regular feedback to the Team to ensure the ongoing evolution of the delivery of Carne Select services to the client.Assistance to other key functions within the onboarding team and cross team cover where required.Completing a first draft of various onboarding documents when required.Attending operational calls and taking away actions to be addressed.Following up on actions noted to ensure addressed in the required timeframe.Coordinating signatures on various agreements.Working with the AML team to ensure the required client documentation is sourced and necessary approvals are received.Working to ensure the pipeline documents are updated to reflect the latest information.Ensuring client and fund information is appropriately saved in the correct location. What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?A recognised professional or third level qualification relevant to the role.Proficiency using MS Office applications.Prior knowledge of fund structures and the financial services industry would be a distinct advantage.
