Walkers is currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join its highly regarded and market-leading Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin. Our award-winning Tier 1 practice is a recognised leader in its field, and you will join a dynamic, experienced, and growing team of high-performance lawyers. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing blue chip clients located in Ireland as well as globally. You will work closely with our partners and fee earners in Ireland and overseas offices in advising clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation, and structured finance transactions.
