Associate, Investment Support

Seeking candidates that have 1 - 2 years' experience in Private Equity or Fund Administration.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintain relationships with private equity firms and life assurance companies.Understand client relationships and expectations to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.Prioritise and execute tasks to ensure funds are priced accurately at each valuation point, and analyse and confirm pricing discrepancies and significant movements.Manage the execution of capital calls and distributions.Prepare annual tax statements for client investments in private equity products.Prepare and review financial statements for company investment structures.About you: 1-2 years' experience in fund administration, private equity.Experience of internal controls, procedures and liaising with internal audit.A qualified or partially qualified fund accountant.A team player who can also work independently and manage their own workload effectively.Demonstrates a willingness to manage the full end-to-end servicing of a fund.Proactive with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presence and presentation skills.If you are thinking of making a move and this sounds like you, apply now or contact Olga directly for a confidential chat.
