Our team is at the forefront of developments in competition and regulated markets law and is involved on an ongoing basis in the most high-profile and complex cases in Ireland
The team advises on all aspects of Irish and EU competition/antitrust law, including:
Abuse of DominanceCartelsCompetition aspects of commercial agreements and behaviourCompetition compliance programmes and trainingCompetition litigation, including litigation arising from investigations, disputes with regulators and damages actionsComplaints to regulatorsGrocery RegulationsInvestigations and dawn raidsImmunity/Leniency applicationsMerger Control approval for mergers and acquisitions and joint venturesSectoral studiesState Aid Key ResponsibilitiesActing for leading market participants, domestic and international.Provision of legal and commercial expertise.Working as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on corporate activities.Actively engaging in business development and thought leadership initiatives and seeking out opportunities for new work.Drafting legal documents clearly and concisely, creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgement to advise and support all of our clients.Attending networking and marketing events.Developing strong relationships with the firm's clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and acting in a diligent, responsible and professional manner.
