We are looking for an exceptional employment lawyer to join our growing Employment legal team. The successful candidate will be the second EMEA based employment lawyer at MongoDB!

ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and support to our Employee Experience team, HR Business Partners and the business on a broad range of employment issues across EMEA and APAC including employee contracts, terminations, performance management, leaves of absence, investigations, accommodations, reorganisations, and other employment-related mattersCollaborate with other lawyers on the team with respect to advice and counselling provided to HR and other cross-functional partnersWork on employment related projects, including internal process reviews, new policy roll-outs and implementation, and training programsDraft and edit employment-related documents, correspondence, agreements, processes and policiesManage legal risks and provide solutions for resolving employment disputesProvide support and strategic advice on employment litigation mattersParticipate in the creation and delivery of training related to employment law matters, such as investigation trainingKeep up to date with legislative changes and other employment law developments and advise stakeholders on legal changes and developmentsBuild and manage relationships with external counsel in jurisdictions around the globeRequirementsMinimum of 2 years' post qualification experience in employment lawProven record of success at a top law firm.
