Associate – Pqs

My client is an Irish owned Cost Consultancy who have been in business for 13 years and with 21 Quantity Surveyors currently on their team, they want to expand even more as they have a large pipeline of Projects.
They have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their team in one of their locations in Ireland. They are very flexible and this role is hybrid with the option to work from anywhere in Ireland.
DutiesGood pre and post contract experience and be able to do feasibility studies, preliminary estimates, cost plans, databases, tenders as well as contract administration and all post contract duties.Ability to run your own projects making sure that they are on time and to budget and able to provide leadership to more junior team members.Experience of working on high profile projects ideally across a range of building sectors.You will manage the resources on projects and be able to use management systems / protocols.Act as supervisor for current graduates working towards chartered status.Responsible for a small team and you will report to a Director.Develop client relationships with key client firms.Deal with fee generation either with existing clients and repeat business and supporting new relationships with new clients.Requirements:Relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics DegreeChartered Quantity Surveyor7+ Years of experience with a Cost ConsultancyExcellent IT SkillsLeadership skillsIf you want to apply for this role, click the link below or contact Mark Barrett on ******
