Associate Project Manager-Customer Experience & Events

18 month fixed term contract position based in Carrigtwohill, Cork Job Description Summary: Drives world class customer experience for both internal and external customers. Manages events related to Instruments Innovation Centre activity.
What you will do: Provision of a world class customer experience for both internal and external customersConduct Customer Feedback/Evaluation Forms – hold feedback meetings with organizers of eventsMaintain a comprehensive Customer Experience Program.Develop agenda/brochure format for Customer ExperienceLiaise with UCC / Assert on R&D and customer lab activities, including Specimen ordering and managementLiaise with UCC / Assert on training for IC staff, create a rolling 3 – 6 month general and specific anatomy education program.Recovery of all costs associated with customer experience programMaintain and update as required, in conjunction with Assert an SOP for lab set up and logisticsLiaise with our legal team to create new or update existing contracts to manage capital equipment and maintenance agreements between Stryker/Assert/Techno/OthersMinimum Qualifications (Required): • BS or equivalent and 2+ years of work experience
