What We Need We are looking for a highly proficient and skilled candidate to bring their project management expertise to 2K's in-house Global Creative Services team. The Associate Project Manager of Print and Packaging will sit within our Creative Operations organization and work across all of 2K's titles. This role will provide production expertise for our Creative and Marketing teams to ensure retail packaging and POS assets are delivered to a high standard following full QA processes.
What You'll Do Collaborate with the Sr. Project Manager to ensure timely & efficient production of physical retail packaging including game coversheets, inserts, discs, and POS assets across all or 2K's titles. Help manage the global approval process with internal and external stakeholders including Marketing teams, Territory leads, First Party partners and more. Assist with the packaging localisation process alongside our localisation vendors and QA teams, ensuring accurate terminology and consistency across platforms. Manage process with external vendors and partners executing artwork creation, while maintaining trackers and overseeing timely and accurate delivery. Ensure all QA processes are followed prior to artwork delivery - tracking changes and performing final reviews against packaging templates. Take ownership of online manual creation, localisation and approval process, including liaising with Dev and QA teams to ensure alignment to in-game texts. Assist with scheduling and updating timelines as needed. Build and maintain a team relationship within 2K, T2 Group Operations and all associated internal departments.
