About the Position: We are looking for an Associate Salesforce Developer who is excited to work with some of the most amazing talent in the tech industry. As an early-career developer within the Salesforce platform, you will support critical business functions and contribute to the development of solutions that align with project objectives, business requirements, and company goals.

What You Will Do: Support and maintain Salesforce operations, including data models, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom code. Troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues for internal teams. Assist in developing and customizing solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business needs and project requirements. Apply best practices in areas such as integration, deployment, and testing (unit and system testing). Collaborate with global teams to meet critical deadlines and mission goals. Help identify improvement opportunities to enhance user experience and application performance. Work closely with internal departments like software engineering, product management, and revenue teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs. Gain hands-on experience with technologies like Visualforce, Apex, and others to build tailored solutions. Be part of operations on call support team Working in an on-call environment What We Are Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development. Foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ) with experience configuring and developing in sandbox environments. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce: Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components, Force.com APIs, and SOAP/REST Web Services. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support small to medium-sized projects. Eagerness to learn and apply best practices in Salesforce development. Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other applications. Interest in designing solutions with a focus on usability and simplicity. Salesforce certifications or familiarity with CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud is preferred. Experience or exposure to Salesforce OmniStudio is a plus.
