Associate / Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition As an Associate / Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to Lilly. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment & Selection Process Management Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure seamless execution.Proactive Candidate Pool Generation Actively build a robust pipeline of potential candidates across the GBS.Leverage your expertise to identify and engage with high-caliber talent.Exceptional Candidate Experience Champion a positive candidate journey by providing timely communication and personalized interactions.Uphold Lilly's reputation as an employer of choice.Subject Matter Expertise Deepen your understanding of the GBS business and market dynamics.Utilize data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.Regularly assess the effectiveness of attraction methods.Adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.Comprehensive Candidate Pipeline Building & Sourcing Collaborate with fellow recruiters to create a diverse and qualified talent pool.Conduct data mining, targeted searches, and outreach to identify potential candidates.Explore innovative sourcing channels and methods.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications EducationBachelor's degree in a HR related field.ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years high volume recruitment experience.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.Knowledge of Workday is a distinct advantage.Additional Skills/Preferences High-Volume Recruiting ExperiencePrevious success in recruiting for a variety of roles.Familiarity with high-volume hiring dynamics.Strategic SourcingProficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and niche websites.Ability to create tailored sourcing strategies.Communication and Analytical SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Pharmaceutical Sector KnowledgeRecruitment experience within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
