We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Dublin.

Duties: Ensures distribution of pharmaceutical product globallyProcessing of supply orders on a daily basisHandling of export- and import documentationBooking and monitoring of shipments and pro-actively respond to potential issuesHandle and resolve service and transport issuesCoordinate and execute return processPartner with third party logistics suppliers and other members of the supply chainDevelop and maintain good relationships with internal/external customers (affiliate, distributor, etc.)
and the on-site departmentsRepresent the team in cross-functional project teamsIdentify process improvementsProvide input for the periodic KPIsEnsure knowledge of GMP/GDP and job-related training is up to dateContinually review Order-to-Cash policies and procedures and recommend opportunities to improve operationsShare responsibility with Corporate Planning, Distribution and Quality for executing disaster recovery plansOther duties as required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or LogisticsTypically 2 years of Supply Chain experience in a GMP and/or GDP regulated industryKnowledge and experience in Customer Service departmentComputer skills and ERP experience
