The Role BMS External Manufacturing is looking to recruit a Fixed Term Contract, 12 months Associate, Supply Chain Operations, reporting to Manager, Customer Service Team Lead. Main responsibility is to provide a key link in Supply Chain between Customers and Intercompany and third-party supply sites and markets. Order processing and invoicing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Operations Liaise with Principal's Purchasing, Finance Departments and Fiscal Reps to perform Supply Chain Operations activities on their behalfProvide a key link in Supply Chain between intercompany and third-party supply sites and marketsEnsure that customer and supply sites comply with Business and Tolling RulesResolve discrepancies in quantity and timing of market ordersReceipt and entry of market orders as per business rulesReceipt and process supplier invoices and follow up on price discrepancies and payment queriesAccurate receipt and process Tolling Fee invoicesPerform all activities in accordance with Good Distribution ProcedureIssue invoices to marketsIssue required shipping documents, certify with local Chamber of Commerce and legalize with relevant Embassies as requiredLiaise with Freight Forwarder/Logistics for outbound shipments and update Freight Tracker/Register if applicableApproval or sign off of Redeployment/Rework on behalf of PrincipalCo-ordinate Redeployments/Reworks and ensure that the costs are backcharged to the appropriate partyLiaise with QC for testing, release and generation of CoAs for API if applicableLiaise with QC for QP inspection and release of Drug ProductsManage Information Assist and support Master Data related to customers, contracts and BOMsUse reports to monitor and ensure data integrity if applicableReceive and forward Customer Complaints as per established proceduresFollow up and expedite for prompt resolution(s)Manage Financial Activities/Compile Financial Reports Perform all SAP transactions in compliant mannerMeet Finance deadline for month-end and year-end sales reportingProvide supporting documentation for Financial Audits as requestedTeamwork Work with External Manufacturing organisation to support implementation of new supply modelsQualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required: Experience working in a multinational company; preferably in an Export departmentDeliver results on time in a pressurized environmentMust be flexible and able to deal with changing prioritiesDemonstrate efficiency in Supply Chain administration, accuracy and timeliness of order processingSet demanding goals for themselves while maintaining accuracy and a high level of productivityFollow through commitments to Customers without detriment to the team or companyExhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with colleagues and external customersAbility to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlinesExhibit a strong ability to use computer systems efficiently, workable knowledge of ERP system, ideally SAPCreate and maintain strong working relationships within the BMS organization and externally with trade customers and suppliersUnderstand BMS Supply Chain, products and marketsAdapt quickly to the demands of the job and show the ability to learn quicklyAdhere to all Regulatory/Finance/EHS/Security compliance proceduresKnowledge of Supply Chain Operations standardsKnowledge of order processing and invoicing activitiesSupply Chain or Business qualification – Diploma standardThree years' experience in Multinational Supply Chain Environment, warehouse transactional or any other related experienceWe have a passion for tackling the toughest diseases, which inspires innovation and speed in our daily work and a sense of accountability to the patients we serve.
