Your experience will help the team thrive, leading in challenging technical projects, providing continuous peer to peer reviews both internally and externally.Ensure the delivery of projects and sustainability goals in line with the project targetsLeading LEED Certification assessments on Data Centre projectsManage a team of sustainability professionals in the delivery of multiple large-scale projectsLead a high performing team; leading group calls, championing QA, and meeting project deadlinesMotivating the team, offering guidance, providing 1-2-1's, and making yourself available to the teamWork to minimise costs within the Sustainability GroupHelp manage overall Sustainability Group resources, including outsourcing to third partiesQuality Assurance within the wider company and help shape the Quality Assurance proceduresManage Quality Control measures and ensure necessary resources for quality control reviews, implementing prior to issuesIdentify necessary training needs for the team and champion its implementationConduct market research and assist in developing new sustainability consultancy servicesDeveloping operational, embodied and net-zero carbon strategiesKeeping up to date with the new law and regulations for Ireland and EUPresenting new trends to internal Sustainability and M&E teamsChampion collaboration between M&E Requirements8+ years' experience with LEED AP, managing projects3+ years' experience in people management, managing multidisciplinary teams (consultants and engineers, etc.)
