BOC Limited, a Linde company ASU Engineer Leixlip, Ireland | req18962 What you will enjoy doing You will be ensuring that the Air Separation Unit (ASU) plant is operating safely and efficiently Maintaining and monitoring the stocks on the ASU and providing timely information to the business In addition, you will be carrying out maintenance activities on the ASU plant as defined by the plant manager Providing out of hours support when required Furthermore, you will be working with other ASU engineers in BOC/Linde to ensure consistency in processes across the facilities Working with the Remote Operating Centre and Plant Manager to identify problems and provide solutions And lastly, you will be managing contractors working onsite using the permit to work system What makes you great You are degree qualified or a time served apprentice in a relevant discipline Highly numerate with a strong technical background You have a high degree of self-motivation, flexibility and commitment In addition, you have the ability to prioritize workload and manage projects effectively Knowledge of process control, refrigeration and cooling water system is desirable You have a high level of personal Integrity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why you will love working with us We are the largest provider of industrial, medical and special gases in the UK and Ireland.
