Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in Ireland and the UK.
Our Dublin Office is currently looking to recruit two full time Auction Support Administrators to work in a fast-paced office and customer facing environment.
  Working under the Office Supervisor the successful applicant will perform a variety of general administrative duties to support the completion of the different department's goals and objectives in a professional manner.
  The role will involve but not be limited to: Reception duties Providing administrative support to the sales teams Dealing with customers by phone, email and face to face providing excellent customer service Cash handling Processing auction entries and Admin Support for sales teams Be involved in call campaigns, contacting customers to increase attendance for special sales programmes.
Rostrum Clerk duties where required.
Other general Auction Support administration To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:   Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
Excellent customer care skills.
Good level of IT literacy Excellent interpersonal skills Cash handling experience Hard working and motivated Ability to work to tight deadlines Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm (one hour for lunch) At Wilson's Auctions, we embrace diversity and equal opportunity.
