Audio Visual Sales Manager / Dublin West (Office based) Our client is a very successful well-established distributor specializing in communication technology. Seeking a Sales Manager to join the team with a strong ethos. Dublin West.

Salary: Very competitive doe plus bonus and benefits. Mileage allowance if supplying own car or company car provided (BIK applicable).

The Role: As a Sales Manager, take on the responsibility to lead, coach, and manage the AV sales team to achieve the company's goals and targets. Support the Sales Director and ensure sales targets are met, developing strategies to improve sales performance. Deliver on total team performance and achieve new levels of organic growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, handling negotiations, and addressing customer concerns. Work closely with the company's culture and values; collaborate with other departments. Predict future sales trends and set realistic targets based on market research and historical data. Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and plan sales campaigns. The Candidate: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to motivate and drive a team toward achieving sales objectives. Strong sales experience, ideally in AV or a related field. 3rd level degree and relevant sales management experience in a similar role. Strong people management experience in a sales environment. Communication technology industry experience is ideal. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
