Their diverse and interesting client base includes both national and international clients. You will work closely with the partners in the Assurance team, handling a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients across various sectors including motor, construction, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics.
ResponsibilitiesEnsuring a consistent approach to audit quality.Developing staff through training and ongoing support.Assisting in the running and management of the audit department.Managing resources to ensure appropriate utilisation of staff to deliver client service.Supporting the Partner to achieve fee targets set for the assigned portfolio.Managing a portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and subsidiaries of multinationals.Acting as the lead contact for clients in the production and delivery of high-quality audit and compliance services.RequirementsACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification.A minimum of 2 years PQE in practice.Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit principles.Ability to develop long-term, solid relationships with clients.Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
